I have ran out of disk space storage. How can I add more storage?

well since you desire to keep the current model number of your computer secret,... nobody is going to be able to tell you if it supports a second internal storage device

so all i can tell you is that it "might" be possible to clone your current drive onto another larger capacity drive but again since i don't know the current size, i'm unable to say if a larger storage device is available or cost efective

you could also add a external usb based storage drive  but since i don't know the system model, i can't say for sure that a usb 3 external drive is worthwhile as your system might be only usb 2
