Good morning. I have an HP ENVY Desktop - TE01-1015ns, purchased in November 2020. In Device Manager, the Firmware / System Firmware section shows an error icon (an orange triangle with an exclamation mark inside). I ran the HP diagnostics, and it indicates that the BIOS is up to date. I need guidance to understand what the problem is and how to resolve it. Thank you.

Unaccountably, there is no software listed for your PC
https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/details/hp-envy-desktop-pc-te01-1000i/model/37913389
Possibly the problem is the US-EN in the above URL.
Can you see if it any is available in Spain?
I suspect you need a bios update
Can you go into you bios setup and find the date and version
Also look for board id, rom family
look for an ID such as
8767, 8703, etc
it would be 4 letter or numbers or combination of numbers and the letter ABCDEF

Yes, there are no downloads for this model on HP's Spanish website either. I have downloaded a BIOS update for the HP ENVY Desktop PC TE01-1000i model and the same motherboard family (ROM family 8767), but so far I have been unable to install it. Thank you very much, BeemerBiker.

Do you have cloud restore?
Cloud recovery provides all the custom HP drivers.
Go to the below site and enter your product ID including the 3 characters after the # character
If you have cloud recovery you can restore your system using a 32gb flash.
It may take an hour or more to create the recovery USB.

Alternately, download from the MS windows store
what version and date is the current BIOS?

There is no way. When I enter the Product ID in the HP Cloud (1F9S1EA#ABE) the following message appears: "Item0015. Please contact HP Support. https://support.hp.com". I have downloaded the HP Cloud Recovery Tool application and in the step where it asks me for the Product ID, I enter it, but it does not let me advance because "The Product ID is not valid".
Thanks, again, BeemerBiker.
