Hi, 

i am using HP EliteDesk 800 G2 Base Model Tower PC,, 

my problem is strange because i didn't find any solution on internet, 

 

my system USB ports got stuck while i want to enter in BIOS, i tried all ports but my keyboard and mouse is not working, so i cant able to enter F10 or use my mouse, please tell me what is the issue and how to resolve this matter???

Hi:

 

That model PC still has PS/2 keyboard and mouse ports.

 

Remove the USB KB and mouse, and plug in a PS/2 KB and mouse into those ports.

 

You should be able to access anything with a PS/2 KB and mouse.

it was really hard to me that to arrange ps2 mouse or keyboard but it didn't work for me,

bios update will work ?? 

so please tell me another option for me 😞
