System doesn't detect CD/DVD drive after Windows 10 install

Since upgrading to Windows 10, my PC does not "see" the CD/DVD reader/writer. CD/DVD is a SuperMulti DVD Burner with LightScribe Technology

I have the same problem.  I have downloaded Windows 10 and now it won't read any music cd's.  I clicked on the recommended site to fix this but there is no step 5

Hi:

Step 5 is now step 4.  Microsoft removed the original step 2 (the automated fix it tool).
