I am looking to upgrade the power supply in my TP01-3025 to allow for a Graphics Card. the card needs 2 6pins or i have another that just needs 1 8 pin. is there a power supply i can swap in to accommodate? Is there a special connector that takes a normal power supply out of the equation?

Welcome to our HP User Forum!
Your HP Pavilion Desktop PC TP01-3000i RCTO Base Model (4M0K0AV) is fitted with the Reno motherboard (SSID: 89B5) and a 310-watt power supply, with HP p/n: L10875-800 "Power Supply - GNRC PSU 310W SFF Entl18 FR Gold" -please verify/confirm both assumptions.
If so, according to: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Desktop-Knowledge-Base/Power-Supply-Cross-Reference-for-specific-model..., it appears that your power supply could be upgraded/is compatible with a 400-watt power supply (HP p/n: L04618-800 -equipped with one PCIe 6+2-pin power cable) and a 500-watt power supply (HP p/n: L05757-800 -equipped with one 6-pin PCIe and one 6+2-pin PCIe power cables):
Either power supply can be purchased online, such as through eBay.

If you mean by "standard power supply" an ATX power supply, no, they are not compatible. HP engineered many of their PCs with a proprietary power supply, such as yours.

Depending on what graphics card you would like to run on your TP01-3025 desktop, the 400-watt PSU may be good enough. For example, a very similar proprietary HP 400-watt power supply (p/n: 942332-001) also equipped with one PCIe 6+2-pin power cable, is powerful enough to run an HP-branded Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060 12GB GDDR6 graphics card on my highly upgraded HP ProDesk 600 G4 MT: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Desktop-Hardware-and-Upgrade-Questions/Upgrading-to-an-HP-ProDesk-600-....
The 400-watt p/n: L04618-800 can be purchased for less than $72 via eBay: HP L04618-800 for sale | eBay.
