Sir, this might be stupid. but I was able to fix it by switching my RGB keyboard to my standard Logitech keyboard and was able to reject it and take it from there. My computer is fine now but I thank you for taking time out of your day to help me. I really do apologize for so many messages but I thank you for you help and time. I spoke with my mother about Microsoft stopping Windows 10 support in 2025 and we already chose to maybe buy new computers next year. Again. thank you💖

You're very welcome.

I'm very glad the keyboard was all it was.

On all my PC's like yours, I use the old-fashioned PS/2 keyboard and mouse because those are the most reliable things to use on old PC's.

If you had let me know that you had a fancy keyboard connected, I would have advised you that you needed to use a PS/2 keyboard because those newer keyboards sometimes have problems when navigating in the BIOS.

Now you can upgrade your PC to W11 as is using the guidance I posted in my first reply--even though it doesn't meet any of Microsoft's W11 hardware requirements.

I have an old HP 8000 Elite CMT (which is the upscale model of the 6000 Pro) and it runs W11 just fine using the method I posted.
