HP Pavilion 500-281 Desktop PC

I have an HP Envy and I also have support with HP for the last few years.  Recently I called support to clean up the desktop Envy and take off old temporary files.  The young tech took over the computer and was doing something with the BIOS.  I did tell him, why are you fixing the BIOS?  Prior techs have never done anything with the BIOS. Just cleaned up the computer.  He said this will make it run better.  Well, the short story is, the computer doesn't work now.  I should get some remedy from HP for this mess that the tech created.

Thanks

Christine Cutrone

I have also filed a complaint with the state of New York

P.S.  And no I can't send in my computer for repair as it has confidential docs on it as I'm a court reporter.  I can lose my license if there's any access to those files.
