My HP ENVY Desktop PC TE02-0000i (3Y3Q8AV) Operating on Windows11 23H" HP don't seem to cover this Version of Windows, my problem is the bottom fan does not run, only twitches slightly now and then.I have tried the usuall runs of Diagnostic Tools etc but to no avail, I hope someone in the community can point me in the right direction.
Thanks.

Hi @Adszee
Welcome to the HP Forum.
Are you referring to the power supply fan or a CPU or chassis fan?
Many newer power supplies have zero RPM fan mode. All of my retail power supplies have zero RPM fan mode.
The fan will only spin when the power supply hits a specified temperature.
Touch the power supply while you are running a game or stressing the system. You could have a problem if the power supply is really hot and the fan is not running.
TE02 PCs are fairly new in the distribution chain. Is your PC in warranty?
I would contact HP Support if the power supply is really hot and the PC is in warranty.
Regards
