HP DESCTOP PC - 880 - 191ur
Initially, there was 16 gb Hyprt X Fury kingston 2666 and the memory worked at 1333. After adding the second 16 gb Hyper X Fury Kingston 2666 module, the memory worked in dual-channel mode, but the frequency dropped to 1200.
The modules are identical in appearance. There are XMP profiles that are visible in CPU-Z. There XMP-2666 frequency 1333 on both modules, but the delay values and the other are slightly different.
I tried to swap them, but the speed did not return to 1333

I installed and launched the Intel Extreme Tuning Utility, it says that the memory works in the default settings for 2400.
In ADVANCE TUNING, profile 1: XMP is visible, but it has Tcl 15, and everything else is zeros.
I could try to set everything manually, but there are too many values.

Welcome to the forum.
I am not a HP employee.
That is interesting. The new module part number is not identical to the HP module.
Timings are similar.
HP Motherboards can be finicky. Memory is best installed in kits or the new module should have the same part number.
I think you would have to only install the HP module @2666 in the original slot HP used at the factory. Then reset CMOS to get back to this speed.

Additional thought on this.
I can't discern any user performance improvement when using memory at 2666 versus 2400.
Memory benchmarks will reflect better performance but the user experience should be identical, it is for me.
I don't think I would lose sleep over this problem.

I understand that the old memory has such a big delay 19,
that the new module refuses to work on such delays and they are synchronized at a frequency of 2400 (1200).
At least both modules and HYPER X FURY BLACK 2666
I wanted my memory to work in dual-channel mode at a frequency of 2666, but got dual-channel memory at a lower frequency with faster timings.
