Hi there
I'm trying to connect my HP monitor to my Lenovo All in One so I have two monitors running at the same time for work but I can't seem to get the HP monitor to be operational. It comes up with a Check Video Cable message, I've tried USB 3.0 cable for hp to Lenovo using all USB ports available with no luck. I really need this for work any help will be greatly appriciated.
Hope to here from anyone soon
Kind regards

@CTS10 , welcome to the forum.
I believe that your problem is caused by not having a Windows 10 driver for the monitor installed on your computer. Unfortunately, HP no longer provides software or drivers for it. You should connect the monitor using the method you stated. Then, I suggest that you try the following to see if it helps:
Steps to install the drivers for the Monitor driver.
- Press Windows + R keys from the keyboard to open Run command.
- In Run window type devmgmt.msc.
- Then in device manager, right click on Monitor.
- Try to update the drivers from the option stating automatically update the drivers.
What connectors are available on your desktop besides the USB ports?

Thank you for the additional information, @CTS10!
I am at a loss to tell you what is causing your problem. My first instinct is that your monitor is older and the USB 3.0 connections are not compatible in some way. I suggest that you contact Lenovo's Tech Support to see if they can give you any help solving your problem.
