Should I upgrade my BIOS to 2.33 from J01 v02.29?
I am running win10 on bios mode UEFI
Is this safe?
If so can someone provide the link to download and how to install?

No matter what you do, you have to run the exe file because the first thing that happens is an info page opens with instructions for the various ways to update the BIOS.
The Windows based flash was only designed to be run on Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7.
I have no idea what will happen if you run the Windows based flash on W10.
That is why I provided the easiest and safest way to update the BIOS when the PC has an unsupported operating system installed.

Since you are running W10 in UEFI mode, that shouldn't be a problem at all.
