@mirko-pi,

Yes, your PC will support both single and dual rank RAM, but do not mix the two: stay with a matching RAM kit.

Yes, the Crucial RAM you referenced should work just fine!

Kind Regards,

@mirko-pi,

Yes, preferably you should use identical RAM (same brand, model and capacity/speed), but sometimes that can be difficult to achieve.

Here is a very similar 8GB Crucial RAM stick you can purchase for less than 27€ via Amazon-Italy: Crucial RAM CT8G4DFRA266 8GB DDR4 2666MHz CL19 Memoria Desktop, ‎Multicolore : Amazon.it: Informatic..., or here is one for less than 17Timetec 8GB DDR4 2666MHz PC4-21300 Non ECC Unbuffered 1.2V CL19 1Rx8 Single Rank 288 Pin UDIMM Memor....

@mirko-pi,

Dual rank RAM can run faster than single rank RAM.  See it as the difference between a room with one door (single rank) vs. a room with two doors (dual rank).
