virtual memory is well known, but at these limits, it will not replace an insufficient amount of RAM, inefficient with an HDD disk, slower than RAM
you can remove some programs at startup, but only up to a certain point, especially nowadays
the manufacturers, taking advantage that the users have more and more memory live, they add programs, services, and we will lose functionalities, sometimes more or less useful, and at some point, anyway, that is no longer enough, I did the report with my computer, and believe me I know how to clean!
