Unfortunately, I wouldn't know why the card is only connecting at 65 MBPS if it indicates a maximum throughput of 130/144 MBPS.

 

But no Wi-Fi adapter I know of provides the same download speed from an internet speed test to be the same as the maximum advertised transfer speed.

 

It probably should have been higher than 65 MBPS though.
