Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello

I use my laptop primarily for Djing.

I have a pair of Novation dicers and it is apparent that the do not switch off when I power down the machine as the LEDs are illuminated.

I have located the device in manager but there doesn't seem to be a power option. 

Is there a fix for this other than disconnecting the USB?

Sorted I turned off USB charging in bios

Please power of from USB port from Device Manager

This box is ticked but it still doesn't turn off.

It may be a Bios problem
