HP Probook 4330s
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,
since upgrading to win10 I have two ungoogable unknown devices in device manager:
Device PCI\VEN_197B&DEV_2393&SUBSYS_167E103C&REV_30\4&1c36aaea&0&03E2 requires further installation.
Device PCI\VEN_197B&DEV_2392&SUBSYS_167E103C&REV_30\4&1c36aaea&0&00E2 requires further installation.

and also my card reader is not working. It detects the card when inserted, but no new drive is assigned and it's not even visible in disc manager.

All help appreciated, thanks.

Hi:

You need this driver for both of those devices...

The JMicron Media Card Reader Driver enables the integrated media card slot in supported notebook models that are running a supported operating system.

Amazing! Tried Intel management engine and stuff like that before found by google, but wasn't sure about the correct type of card reader. Thanks a lot!

You're very welcome.

That is the W8 card reader driver from your notebook's support page, which was the latest one available.

Fortunately, it also works on W10.
