HP Pavilion All-in-One - 24-xa0053w
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Intel has 2 driver updates for my system but warns it could interfere with my OEM settings.  I have performed the HP updates which tells me everything is updated so I am unsure if I should proceed with the installations.

I tried that Intel video upgrade on my Surface Pro 4 and got the same warning.  I had problems with the display but I was able to roll it back using the device manager.  Would not hurt to try.

The other intel driver is actually older than the one recommended by hp

I had to guess as you did not list the product ID but it appears the latest is

Please upgrade to the 20h2 or whatever the latest is.

If you do not have optane memory the RST is not all that effective I have read.   If you are booting from SSD (as in an M.2) the RST is not useful.  This is just my opinion, worth about 2c.  I got rid of RST on my Area51 and installed Primo Cache to speed up my 7200rpm hard drives.

Thanks, I think I will forgo the processor update.  I'm not big on rolling back, afraid I will mess something up.  I did upgrade the second one and it did fine.  It's becoming "buy a new updated computer" time I think 😛  Thanks for your help.
