Good evening to whom it may concern, I am having trouble updating/ downloading Graphic Card drivers to my HP Pavilion x360 Convertible 15-er0095nr (35M45UA) laptop, in order to participate in online gaming. I play Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare and every time i go into a lobby, the system freezes and i restart my computer to stop the crashes, however, the error codes and messages i receive indicate that my graphics card is out of date or my laptop isn't compatible with certain drivers, is there any type of assistance i can receive in order to update my graphics card? Maybe a website i can go to to find possible matches?

Go to the NVidia download site and try their latest "game ready'" driver.
The Reddit community has an Omen board which might be useful even if you do not have an Omen.
There is likely to be a Call of Duty forum for tips.

Have you ever been able to ruin the game with more than lower resolution graphics?
Which version of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare?
Run the CanIRunIt? app to see if your laptop has the capability to play the game.

Hi, @JayDeloach
The product specs for your notebook indicate that it comes with the onboard Intel graphics adapter.
HP Pavilion x360 Convertible 15-er0095nr Product Specifications | HP® Support
See if this works...manually update the Intel graphics driver to the latest version from the Intel website:
Intel® Arc™ & Iris® Xe Graphics - Windows*
First, download and save, but do not run the above graphics driver file.
Then install this free file utility. The first file listed at the top of the page is for 64 bit.
Next, create a system restore point so that you can roll back to the current graphics driver you have installed, just in case the updated driver does not work to your expectations.
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4027538/windows-create-a-system-restore-point
Next, right click on the graphics driver you saved and select 7-Zip from the list of items on the menu.
Have 7-Zip Extract to: and let it extract the exe file into its folder name.
Then go to the device manager. Click to expand the Display adapters device manager category.
Click on the Intel graphics adapter listed there.
Click on the driver tab. Click on Update Driver.
Select the 'Browse my computer for drivers' option, and then at the bottom of that window, select the Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer.
Click on Have Disk and browse to the unzipped graphics driver folder>Graphics>iigd_dch (setup information file), click Next, and the driver should install.
Be patient, as it can take a few minutes for the driver to completely install.
When the installation is finished, restart the PC.
To update the Intel HDMI audio driver to the latest version, go to the device manager, click to expand the Sound, video and game controllers device manager category.
Click on the Intel HD audio device listed there. Click on the driver tab. Click on Update driver.
Select the Browse my computer for driver software option and browse to the unzipped Intel graphics driver main folder.
Make sure that the Include subfolders box is checked, and the driver will install.
Then restart the PC.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare has a number to denote the version.

@Paul_Tikkanen @JayDeloach I had just looked at an NVidia system and got the two mixed up. This laptop is Intel video based.
