I've got the RAM sticks to do the update but can't get the EMI cover off.  There's this ribbon cable that feels like it's still attached to something and it's preventing the EMI cover from moving very far.  It also seems to be glued onto the EMI cover so I can't just move it out of the way.  All of the manuals & videos for this model give a 404 error on the HP support site.  Please help!20250201_115626.jpg

That video is listed elsewhere as being the "27" version of your PC" but it's not.  It doesn't show the ribbon cable that was mentioned in my original post.

I eventually found this video which did show the ribbon cable and gave me the confidence to just peel it off the EMI shield.
