My computer currently has a 180 Watt power supply. I would like to upgrade to a 300 Watt supply. Could you suggest one that is compatible with my model?

Hi,
I suggest using a modular power supply in these small HP cabinets.
The Corsair CS550m would be a good choice. Check the power plugs on your existing power supply in case you may need adapters. It's on sale and with the rebate makes it's only $39.
EVGA makes a 500 watt power supply but it's not a modular model. $39

Hi,
Open up you PC and measure the size of the PSU. Post your results.
Why do you want to upgrde the power supply?

Thank you for the quick reply!
I can't get the measurements right now.... will post them tomorrow when I have access. I don know the part # is 759049-001.
I want/need to add a graphics card. The card I'm adding requires at least 300 watt power supply.

I suggest that you go bigger than 300 watts as this will give you more options for future upgrades or even a bigger more powerfull graphics card.

Hi,
HP has a 300 watt PSU that will fit perfectly within your cabinet and it will not need any adapters. That PSU should be large enough to get you to a graphics card such as the EVGA NVIDIA GTX 1050 TI.
Contact HP Part Surfer and ask for 759045-001.
