Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have HP M01 F1024 and I want to upgrade the GPU. Not so sure of what NVIDIA graphics card would be compatible?

insufficient power supply, for a decent graphics card
it will depend on what you need
you have an érica motherboard
you will need to be able to install what is offered here

I was thinking between NVIDIA GTX 750, 1050, or 1650 as they don't require an external power supply, but I don't know which one is the best.

it may depend on the model chosen, they are all different
otherwise see 1050 ti / 1650
