Hi:

Yes, your notebook's LIncs motherboard has a M.2 slot that supports NVMe SSD's.

You may have to update the BIOS in order for a NVMe SSD to work.

Here are other posts I found where someone installed a NVMe SSD in a PC with a LIncs motherboard and reported that it worked.

Could I put a 4TB in that slot or is there a limit?

That I do not know.

Theoretically the sky's the limit as long as the SSD memory chips are only on one side of the circuit board.

I am going to put a Samsung 870 EVO drive in my HP 590-p0070 desktop.  I know I have a SATA connector on my motherboard (Lincs). Is there an extra power cord I could use so I could keep my 1TB HDD and just copy and paste my files to the SATA drive when it is put in? I did purchase a SATA cable and an SATA driver converter (2.5 to 3.5 if needed).  Also is there another bay available rather than taking out my optical (DVD drive)?  Also is there any really good videos to help me through this installation process or step by step guides?

Unfortunately, I wouldn't be able to help you with those questions and recommend that you start a new discussion.

As a start below is the link to the parts list for your PC.

You probably will need to look at the motherboard and there may be an extra power header to install an additional SATA power connector.

Anyway, there are other folks on this forum who should be able to help you with that.
