Hello all. I have a stock omen Obelisk 875-0014 PC. And I would like to upgrade my 1060 GTX 3GB. To a 2060 RTX. I haven’t upgraded a single part yet The motherboard, is the Omen Edoras and 500 watt bronze power supply. What would I have to upgrade if anything at all. To not be bottleneckrd and have max usage of the RYX 2060?

Not sure what your planning to play ! I have my suspicions 😏 So confess now !! RAM might be an issue.
Here are the specification on a stock 875-0014. The GTX 1060 to an RTX 2060 is an added 40W. The 500W PSU should handle it. Just make sure you measure the existing 1060 card length as a guide to the 2060's length.
This page as HyperX and the dealer says it will work.
