I have a HP envy 700 PC series with max 300W . I recently purchased a vision tech video card and my PC keeps locking up. Can I upgrade my power supply to a Seasonic ps SS-460 HS?

That is a 02/2012 card. It is legacy BIOS. GPU rated at 55W or less.  Does not need added PCIe power. Boot lockup is because you have Secure Boot UEFI.  You need to enable Legacy Support.

Thank you once again. Relieved to hear I don’t have to upgrade my power supply, but i’m not sure how to enable the legacy support.
