This 500-watt power supply with p/n: L77487-003 (equipped with 2 x (6+2)-PCIe power cables) is compatible with the HP EliteDesk 800 G3/G4/G5 SFF platforms, such as shown in my upgrade thread here.
I am almost 100% certain that this power supply is a match for your EliteDesk 800 G3 TWR model. Check the proprietary "P2" connector, and -as I would expect, if it looks like a match with your stock power supply, you're good to go:
