Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Upgrade the CPU and after that my computer is getting very hot and the cooling is working very hard and is very noisy ?

My org. version F11. Rev and the new version from HPis F22. Rev

I have only opdated my BIOS not upgrade it, and after the opdate my desktop is getting very noisy and very very hot
