Currently, I am using a HP Envy TE01-2287cb, that I have recently upgraded the memory on. I changed one 8gb ddr4 stick, and other 4gb ddr4 stick with Corsair Vengeance LPX 2x16gb, with 3200mhz speed. Here are the two things that confuse me; for some unknown reason, the memory speed has decreased to 2133mhz, despite the limit on the motherboard being 2933mhz. (HP Stark Motherboard ) I would have just concluded this as a motherboard issue, but the included 12gb that came with the desktop, both run at 3200mhz, exceeding the limit.
Please let me know if I am wrong, and if there is any way to fix this and get higher speeds on my memory.
(I have selected BIOS issue in category as well, as that might be the cause from what I've searched up)

Its specs

It has 12 GB DDR4-2933 MHz RAM (1 x 4 GB, 1 x 8 GB). This is a very tricky from HP. Please don't ask me why, you need HP RAM for your machine.
Regards.
