I found a thread that actually had a link to the PSU's found in certain desktops. Mine (TP01 - 1160) was not on the list but a similar unit (with the Ryzen 7) had a 300W PSU.
I opened the case and mine has the 180W unit (with the Erica3 motherboard). I want to install a Radeon Pro WX3200 video board, which has a relatively low power consumption of 50W.
My questions are; will this Video board work with the stock 180W PSU? If not, which unit can I upgrade to, the same one mentioned in the other thread (L05757 - 800)?

Your thoughts? I don't have a problem with the general cost, but don't want to buy the wrong one.
I have advised many members to go to HP for verification of compatibility. None of them has ever come back to complain about their choices. In fact, many have come back with great reviews. If the 400W PSU will work for you --- go for it!

@RJNile , welcome to the Community.
I used a Power Supply Calculator on Newegg and the power requirements for your system would be 181W. I used the Radeon HD 6450 video card which only requires 30W of power. So, I don't believe that your 180W PSU will be powerful enough to run the WX3200. Honestly, I can't say for certain that the WX3200 will work in your motherboard. I suggest contacting the manufacturer's Tech Support to see what they have to say about the compatibility. If it does work, you will have to contact HP Customer Support to see which of the more powerful PSU's are compatible with your motherboard. From what I have been told, all of the connectors on the TE01 series are the same, but there is no information for the Erica3 in the Chart as you stated.

You are welcome, @RJNile!
I believe that you should be fine. If the 400W PSU will run the video card that you want to buy.
Here is a HP Knowledge Base article that will explain what to consider when upgrading the video card.
