I have an Omen 40L PC GT21-0314
I read about the specifications for RAM upgrade and I got the proper RAM for it.
G.SKILL Ripjaws V Series 32GB (2 x 16GB) 288-Pin PC RAM DDR4 3200 (PC4 25600)
I installed the RAM, went into BIOS and selected the "XMP profile". When I go to task manager, my memory speed is still only 3200 Mt/s which equates to 1600 Mhz. The only thing is, this RAM is 3200 Mhz. How can I get this RAM up to the speed that it can go to and the speed in which on the HP website says I'm allowed to go to?

When you look at the memory info, 1600 MHz is correct for DDR4-3200 memory.
In dual channel mode, you have to multiply the 1600 by 2 which equals the 3200 MHz dual data rate.
Your PC's memory is working fine.
With one memory chip installed the memory is running at 1600 MHz in single channel mode.
