Be careful with the occasion though.
I have already seen users having bad surprises
and if no one else works, it's hard to get a refund

@HannesRL,

Your HP ENVY Phoenix 810-000eo is fitted, almost certainly, with a 600-watt power supply.  You should check that, of course, it will be labelled as such in small letters.

When I researched your Envy Phoenix, all of the closely related models: HP ENVY Phoenix 810-000ee Desktop PC, see here: https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-envy-phoenix-810-000-desktop-pc-series/5395579/document/c039..., and this model, the HP ENVY Phoenix 810-000es Desktop PC: https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-envy-phoenix-810-000-desktop-pc-series/5395579/document/c039..., are all equipped with a 600-watt power supply.

Yes, between the i7-4770K and the i7-4790, the i7-4770K is faster/better suited for gaming: https://cpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/Intel-Core-i7-4790-vs-Intel-Core-i7-4770K/2293vs1537.

The very best processor would be the i7-4790K.  The problem is that this bad boy -nicknamed "Devil's Canyon", has an 88 watt TDP and is known to run (very) hot and such. That's why I did not recommend that particular processor.

Kind Regards,

K version more powerful, since possibility of overclocking
more expensive than the other version originally

otherwise they are very close

after that it always depends on the site, and tests carried out the information is sometimes contradictory
