Unfortunately, an RTX 4070 Ti requires at least a 600-watt power supply, and the best available compatible power supply for your PC is a 500-watt power supply with p/n: L81009-800 (alternatively: L77487-001 or L89233-001).
With a 500-watt power supply, you can power an RTX 4060 Ti, such as this smaller-sized (two fan) model, powered by one PCIe 8-pin power cable: https://www.techpowerup.com/gpu-specs/asus-dual-rtx-4060-ti-oc.b11144, and maybe also a smaller-sized RTX 4070 model, powered by one PCIe 8-pin power cable, such as this one: https://www.techpowerup.com/gpu-specs/asus-dual-rtx-4070-evo.b11811.
