HP Z240 Tower Workstation

Hello everybody, I wanted to ask for your help on this: I wanted to increase the size of RAM and I buy 2 DDR4 2133Mh RAM (model Patriot Signature PSD44G213381 DDR4 - 1x 4GB 2133Mh, DIMM, Ret). I installed them in the dimm2 and dimm4 slots (Slots No. 1 and No. 3 are occupied by the RAM installed at the time of purchase, Micron 4GB PC4-17000 DDR4-2133MHz non-ECC Unbuffered CL15 288-Pin DIMM 1.2V Single Rank MTA8ATF51264AZ-2G1B1).

But the installed RAM does not work correctly - after some time after turning on the computer, a screen BSOD appears with a description of the error "MEMORY_MANAGEMENT".

I've been testing the new RAM - it's fine.

if I leave only new RAM and remove the old modules - the error continues to appear.

I think it's about hardware compatibility. But the new memory is a complete analogue of the one that was installed earlier.

How can this problem be solved or what is the reason for this?
