Hi,

If you can Please help me with some advise.

Product number : 1AV56EA

Serial : [edited]

I checked and this pc is running with 8GB RAM and can be upgraded to 16GB  so I decided and bought another 8 GB which has this same parameters. And now if I put another 8GB in spare slot I have 3 long beep's and 2 short one 😞 . I swap them and all runs fine if they are single in every slot just don't wants work if there are 2 x 8GB. 

Thank You for any advise.

RAM has to be matching pairs.  Just because it has the same parameters is not valid.
