Dear Forum,
Decided to change the additional system cooling plan:
Ordered two Thermalright TL-9015W 92mm Slim White PWM cooling fans:
Both cooling fans to be deployed on the inside (interior) of the side panel blowing air into the PC as drawn out:
The upper left Thermalright cooling fan will blow air directly onto the CPU heatsink/dual cooling fan combo (necessitating cutting a circular hole in the panel), and the lower right Thermalright cooling fan will provide air cooling for the RTX 2080 Super graphics card.
Kind Regards,

Dear Forum,
Once -or shortly thereafter the 1TB Crucial P3 Plus Gen4 M.2 NVMe SSD shows up:
Will also install an Asus RTX 4070 OC Edition 12GB GDDR6X which I purchased because it was priced very well (and, let's say, before the stock market offers diminished (...) returns), with the aim to blow up the HP System Pavilion Desktop TP01-3xxx Userbenchmark record:
Thus, to whom it may concern, please stand by.
Kind Regards,

Dear Forum,
The 1TB Crucial P3 Plus M.2 Gen4 x4 NVMe SSD arrived, and after using CMD diskpart commands to clean, initialize, primary partition etc. it, I'm using Macrium Reflect to clone my primary (boot) drive to said drive:
Using a USB to M.2 NVMe SSD adapter: https://www.amazon.com/ELUTENG-M-2-NVME-NGFF-Converter/dp/B0BJCYR1P7/ref=sr_1_8?crid=WIZY65DA8S06&di....
And a quality pure copper 7-fin M.2 NVMe SSD heatsink to help keep temps down: https://www.amazon.com/Awxlumv-M-2-heatsink-Thermal-Silicone/dp/B08MF73N1D/ref=sr_1_21?crid=1S160BAX....
Always seems to take way longer than it should, but so be it:
[EDIT:] BTW: Just make sure that when you clone your drive to a larger capacity drive, that you click on the "Copy Partition" option, and then choose: "Shrink or extend to fill the target disk", as succinctly explained here (timestamp 3:30): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3RgI2kGCvjM&t=181s&ab_channel=PhazerTech.

Dear Forum,
Successfully cloned/installed the new M.2 NVMe SSD:
But alas, the Asus RTX 4070 OC Edition 12B GDDR6X did not fit -by less than 1cm:
I could have 'fixed' that by slicing and dicing into the desktop's case sheet metal, but I didn't want to do that. For now.

Esteemed Community,
The new M.2 NVMe SSD primary (boot) drive improved the drive speed (388%) considerably compared with the previous 'standard' M.2 drive. Reran Userbenchmark:

This upgrade project is almost done, except the additional cooling fans install.

Dear Forum:
Installed the second of three additional cooling fans, using a "Thermalright TL-9015W 92mm Slim White Fan, 15mm Thick, PWM Control, 2700RPM, Balance Performance Case Fan", directly overhead the CPU heatsink/cooling fans assembly, blowing air in:

Dear Community,
Added the last additional cooling fan, specifically to provide additional forced airflow to the RTX 2080 Super graphics card. Used a smaller-sized, high capacity AVC DS07025R12H 12V, 0.50A, Advanced Hydraulic Bearing cooling fan:

Following along with your great progress. With all the fans, has the noise become almost too loud? I wonder with the addition of a new hole in the side of case, that perhaps the fan noise inside has another opening to escape to the outside. Perhaps not, that is why I am asking.

That is a really good question! The answer is, no, this desktop is actually as quiet as ever. I used high quality (low noise) cooling fans, and also because the overall air flow through the case has greatly improved, cooling the CPU and graphics card so much better, so that the PWM-driven cooling fans rev up less, even when using it during intensive computing episodes.
Also, all of the additional fans are installed in the interior of the case, which is also contributing to minimizing noise.
