Simplest solution would be to secure your side panel with a screw here:

Yes, it has the 6-32 screw-thread size. A screw that works would be the ones used to secure the motherboard, having the T10 Torx screw head:

From what I read online, the latest BIOS version is supposed to add "Re-size Bar option for PCIe devices."
Access BIOS and go to the Advanced tab, then Slot Settings. Resizable Bar should be listed under the slot settings of GPU capable slots.
If the Resizable Bar (enabling) is actually supported on your system, the Nvidia Settings specification (that is, if you got a Nvidia card) should indicate so, and instead of saying "No", it should say "Yes":
To be honest, I haven't worried about RB, but here is a useful YouTube instructional video that may be helpful to you: How to enable Resizable BAR on ANY GPU for upto 10% MORE FPS *REBAR* (youtube.com).
Again, under the BIOS Advanced tab, you should enable "Turbo-boost" and "Hyperthreading":

Hyperthreading and turbo boost should be enabled by default, but it doesn't hurt to check.
