Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi all,

I just upgraded my RAM.

I have removed my 16 GB - 2666 MHZ RAM and  I installed new 32 GB - 3600 MHZ RAM

the 32 GB has been recognized, and is working, but only at 2666 MHZ.  How can I change this?

The HP setup (bios?)  ESC and F10 on startup does not have any RAM or XMP settings

Thanks

@IanSG1 , welcome to the forum.

Unfortunately, HP doesn't provide any Extreme Memory Profiles (XMP) for other than the standard memory that comes with the computer.  The base speed for all memory is 2133 MHz.  So, HP provided the XMP in the BIOS/UEFI for the 2666 MHz.  There is no way that I am aware of to set your new memory to 3600 MHz.
