@Doms_wizard,

While I await a moderator to edit out the device ID and product ID, what is the model number of this unit?

@Doms_wizard,

Not sure why you wanted to ungrade the CPU, but you can not do it.

Your model number is an HP ALL-IN-ONE - 20-C028

The model is purchased as a Point of Entry unit.  There a 4CPU  options, you select it, and keep it.

Supports the AMD E2-7110, AMD A4-7210, AMD A6-7310, AMD A8-7410 (Carrizo-L) Quad Core processors only. The processor is not upgradeable. Processors like this one are soldered on a motherboard

What you have is:

1) These are IMHO, a laptop attached to a monitor.  Note the 65W laptop PSU.

2) It only has a stock 1.8Ghz processor

3) It is an entry level unit.
