Hello, so I  recently bought a HP 6200 pro mini tower dual core. It came with 6 gb of ram! Al li want to do is get it up to 10 gb of ram for now, for as cheap as possible. Unfortunately, I don't know if it will work or not.

 

I just know that the memory I used will work.

 

I bought 4 of them.

Hi:

 

This is the memory I used in my HP 6200 Pro MT.  Works fine.

 

Patriot Signature 4 GB PC3-10600 (1333 MHz) DDR3 Desktop Memory PSD34G13332 at Amazon.com

 

How do you have the 6 GB of memory configured?

 

It is best to install the memory in matching capacities in the alternating channels, so the memory runs in dual channel mode.

 

For example:  2 + 4 + 2 + 4

 

If you don't do it that way, the memory will run in the lower performing single channel mode.
