Your PC's processor does not meet Microsoft's minimum W11 processor requirements.

If you want to spend time and money to upgrade the processor, your PC's motherboard does support one processor that is on Microsoft's list of supported AMD processors and that is the AMD Ryzen7-2700 (Pinnacle Ridge) listed under your PC motherboard processor upgrade specifications.

If you are interested in installing W11 on your PC as is, you can read this discussion for how I upgraded several HP and Dell notebook and desktop PC's that did not meet the W11 hardware requirements to W11 22H2/22H3.

You have to use the version of the Rufus utility that I zipped up and attached in the discussion (v3.18).

If the in-place upgrade fails, you should be able to clean install W11 using the bootable W11 installation flash drive you made with Rufus.

Thank you Paul. Now looking into converting the PC installation from MBR to GPT to see if that will work. Any thoughts?

You're very welcome.

Changing the partition scheme from MBR to GPT will not change the PC's status of not meeting the minimum AMD W11 processor requirements but it will bring it more in line with the requirements of having Windows installed in UEFI mode and having secure boot enabled.

You can use my method to upgrade to W11 in legacy mode too.

I've upgraded PC's as old as from 2008 with no TPM, no UEFI, no supported processor and no secure boot.

To convert from MBR to GPT without having to reinstall Windows in UEFI mode, watch this video:

Hi Paul, where is the discussion (v3.18)? I couldn't find it.

It's in my reply with the screenshots I posted all the way at the bottom by the paper clip icon.

I also attached it below.

Thanks Paul, I ended up purchasing an AMD Ryzen7-2700 (Pinnacle Ridge) and after was able to install W11. Thank you for all your help.
