I'd like to upgrade the graphics card in my HP Envy desktop 700 series (not at home so not sure of exact model). I'm looking at the Geforce FTX 960 gaming 4g graphics card (https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1133970-REG/msi_gtx_960_gaming_4g_geforce_gtx_960_gaming.html) and I'm wondering if it is even remotely possible to have this fit in any of the 700 series desktops in general. Any help is greatly appreciated!

@SheWolf007, welcome to the forum.
We will need the full model or product number of the computer because there are several models in the 700 series. Some of them have different specs. Please don't provide the Serial # or other personal information.

Thank you for the additional information, @SheWolf007.
There are too many models in the 700 series for me to make a guess if it will work or not.
The things to consider when upgrading the PSU are: 1) length of card and is there enough space for it to fit where it will be installed with plenty of room for good airflow (card in link is 10.5" in length); 2) the wattage required to run it properly (The card in your link requires a minimum of 400W); and 3) does it require supplemental power connectors (The one in your link requires 1x8-pin connector because it uses 120W and the slot only provides 75W.). This is why I need the exact model of the computer.
You wouldn't be happy with me if I gave you incorrect information and you bought a card that doesn't work.

You will have a problem with the video card. Your power supply unit (PSU) is only 300W. The video card requires a minimum of 400W and 1x8-pin supplemental power connector. Therefore, you will have to upgrade the PSU. The card is 10.5" in length. This should fit, but it will be tight. You can have your friend measure the space where the card will be installed from the Back I/O ports to the front of the case. This will tell you if there is enough space for good airflow.
