Is there a way to upgrade the power supply for the HP Pavilion Desktop (model: TP01-0145). If so, what PSU/PSUs are compatible with it.

Thank you for being so exact on the model number. The HP TP01-0145m has a 180W PSU. These are an HP proprietary design, so you must utilize their replacement. What GPU card were you looking at? Do you know if it would fit?
Here is a spreadsheet showing the HP series HP TP01 and some different models in that series. There are example of various models, and some GPU cards that were installed. Not all cards are the same length.
