@Albin4141,

Welcome to our HP Community forum!

Your Erica motherboard (SSID: 8643) is compatible with the following processors:

In addition, an AMD Ryzen 5 3600 is also compatible.

No other processors are compatible at this time.

@Albin4141,

My friend, there is no "Ryzen 5 7500X3D" processor.

AMD currently offers Ryzen processors with 3D V-Cache technology under its Ryzen 7000X3D lineup, but they are limited to these models:

  • Ryzen 7 7800X3D (8 cores, 16 threads)
  • Ryzen 9 7900X3D (12 cores, 24 threads)
  • Ryzen 9 7950X3D (16 cores, 32 threads)

There is no Ryzen 5 model with 3D V-Cache at this time. The closest option for a mid-range gaming CPU would be the Ryzen 5 7600 or Ryzen 5 7600X (neither has 3D V-Cache but offers excellent performance for gaming).

Would you like more information on these CPUs or recommendations for your gaming needs?

Kind Regards,

@Albin4141,

My friend, there is no such processor as a Ryzen 5 7800X3D either.

Do you perchance mean a Ryzen 7 7800X3D?

In any regards, this processor is a bit beyond HP Gaming motherboards.

You'll need to look elsewhere for a compatible gaming motherboard such as:
