Hello,
I have been trying to find out the (exact) reason my home windows 10 will not upgrade to 11? I have checked the HPDashboard and auto updates, They don't really give me any answers, plenty of ram, good processor, so there must be something else? Thanks Bruce

The two reasons your PC does not meet Microsoft's minimum W11 hardware requirements are:
None of the processors offered in the model series meet Microsoft's W11 processor requirements of needing an Intel 8th generation core or newer processor.
The model series does not have a TPM 2.0 security device.
If you are interested in installing W11 on your PC as is, you can read this discussion for how I upgraded several HP and Dell notebook and desktop PC's that did not meet the W11 hardware requirements to W11 22H2/22H3
You have to use the version of the Rufus utility that I zipped up and attached in the discussion (v3.18).

If the in-place upgrade fails, you should be able to clean install W11 using the bootable W11 installation flash drive you made with Rufus.
