I am upgrading an older Hp m8000. Already put a brand new Corsair 750 watt PSU in it and it still wont recognise any of the 3 pci-e video cards I have tried. I have already went into the bios and changed the videos settings to pci-e and still nothing. Is there only certain video cards that are compatible with this thing or what. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much

It is because the newer gen video card is compatible with UEFI BIOS, not the legacy BIOS that your PC has.
The legacy BIOS does not see it as present.
You will need a video card that either has only legacy BIOS compatibility or that has a switch that allows selectability between UEFI BIOS and Legacy BIOS compatiblity. Video cards by Sapphiretech in the r7 200 series and r9-300 series meet the criterion.

One lie the following should fill the requirements you stated.

Check out their catalog. Look at the BIOS support section and system requirements section for recommended power supply capacity (in Watts)
You can use an inexpensive PSU from Corsair rated at 450 Watts. Modular typse are best for cable placement. Why have to find a place in an OEM case for cables you don't need to use when you can just not connect them to the PSU?
