I take it that English is not a language that you are completely fluent in.  I say that because what you asked is a rather different way to ask if it will work and is it compatible. There are video cards that will fit that are not compatible with your PC.

also i want to upgrade  my ram can u tell me how much can i upgrade. what if i upgrade to 6gb
