Windows 11 is not supported on OMEN by HP Desktop PC - 870-260in due to Core i7 7700K processor incompatibility. Can you suggest how do I upgrade the processor and to which processor? Please help.

Hi:
Your PC has the best processor that is supported by the motherboard.
OMEN by HP Desktop PC - 870-260in Product Specifications | HP® Customer Support
You cannot upgrade the processor to support W11.
If you are interested in installing W11 on your PC as is, you can read this discussion for how I upgraded several HP and Dell notebook and desktop PC's that did not meet the W11 hardware requirements to W11 22H2.
You have to use the version of the Rufus utility that I zipped up and attached in the discussion (v3.18).

If the in-place upgrade fails, you should be able to clean install W11 using the bootable W11 installation flash drive you made with Rufus.
I upgraded my Dell Optiplex 7050 MT which has the i7-7700 and it runs W11 just fine.
