As far as I am able to ascertain, the Ryzen 7 3700X (3.60 GHz up to 4.40 GHz, 8-Cores, 16-Threads) is the best compatible processor for your HP Pavilion Desktop - TP01-0066, in part based on actual HP System Pavilion Desktop TP01-0xxx Users as seen here.
