Hi this is Dibyendu Samai call log in HP for laptop hinge problem, case id [edit] and my laptop serial number [edit] i was procure laptop on 23/11/2018 from Vendant Computers Sales Pvt. LTD and i have mail invoice and hinge problem image on 13/08/2019 till date not get any update about my call- i have request as not able to open laptop do it as soon as possible they given TAT 24 h to 48 h not receive any update. I have given 5 time mail to -[edit]nd no bother to reply and update for same.
Is this you customer service? did i have done mistake after baying HP brand laptop.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
