Welcome to our HP community forum!
Your HP Laptop PC 15s-Fq2000 (2D118AV), according to Crucial, should be able to be fitted with up to 2 x 16GB of DDR4 PC4-25600, 3200 MHz, Non-ECC, Unbuffered, SODIMM, 260-pin RAM sticks.
However, looking at "HP System Laptop 15s-fq2xxx" benchmarks here, I couldn't find any of the 2000+ laptops fitted with 2 x 16GB RAM. That is not to say it couldn't be done, but it is telling that there are none showing up in UserBenchMark (UBM).
Assuming your laptop is fitted with the i5-1135G7 processor (please verify), it should be able to run RAM at 3200 MHz, and most of the UBM Users confirm this.
Based on the UBM performance scores, here are the best 2x8GB (DDR4 3200 MHz) RAM options:
Samsung M471A1K43DB1-CWE 2x8GB
Samsung M471A1K43EB1-CWE 2x8GB
Crucial CT8G4SFRA32A.M8FRS 2x8GB
Hynix HMA81GS6CJR8N-XN 2x8GB
Hynix HMA81GS6DJR8N-XN 2x8GB
Micron 8ATF1G64HZ-3G2R1 2x8GB
Team Group SD4-3200 2x8GB
G.Skill F4-3200C22-8GRS 2x8GB
Kingston HP32D4S2S8MR-8 2x8GB
For best RAM performance, choose identical RAM: same brand, model, and capacity.

No difference for an i3-1115G4 : same RAM recommendations and 2x8GB also appears to be its limit.
Now, why don't you type in cmd in your Windows search bar, then right-click on the Command Prompt System App, and then left-click on: Run as administrator, then: Yes, and then copy/paste/enter:
wmic memphysical get maxcapacityEx
Whatever number you get, divide by 1024, and divide by 1024 again, you'll get the total RAM in GB your laptop can be fitted with. For example, if you got 33554432 and divide by 1024 and again by 1024, you would get 32 (2x16GB) of total RAM. Chances are though, that the number the WMIC command produces is 16777216, which means the max RAM your laptop can be fitted with is 2x8GB (16GB total).
