Hi, i was thinking about upgrading the GPU in my pavilion desktop, but i feel like the 310W PSU limits my options somewhat. What GPU's could i upgrade to without having to upgrade anything else, because most parts in the desktop are proprietary from what i've heard.

Welcome to our HP community forum!
Your HP Pavilion Gaming - TG01-1414no (1Y8L4EA), as fitted with a Baker motherboard (SSID: 8767), is compatible with a 400-watt power supply with p/n: L69242-800 (L04618-800 / 942332-001), and a 500-watt power supply, with p/n: L05757-800. Both power supplies can be purchased online, such as via an eBay Seller.
And yes, a 310-watt power supply does very much limit your graphics card options. The GTX 1650 Super is probably the best GPU you could power with a 310-watt power supply.
In order to achieve a meaningful graphics card upgrade, and to keep costs down, you'll have to upgrade your power supply to at least the 400-watt power supply, in order to power, for example, an affordably priced smaller-sized (two fan) RTX 4060 model, powered by a single 8-pin PCIe power cable, such as these purchase options: ASUS DUAL RTX 4060 V2 Specs | TechPowerUp GPU Database, or: MSI RTX 4060 GAMING X Specs | TechPowerUp GPU Database.
Hope this was helpful.
